Eco Adventurers
Eco Adventurers is Twinkl's sustainability scheme of work, designed to be taught seamlessly alongside the National Curriculum. It's aim is to ensure all educators can teach with confidence and provide everything they need to help children understand climate change, sustainability and the importance of taking care of the planet. As sole designer for the Sustainability team I've had the opportunity to update and develop Eco Adventurers' brand and design guidance.
The brief was to create an icon to represent each of our six units. For each unit I designed an icon, colour scheme and assets to be used throughout resources. To compliment Eco Adventurers' journal style I also developed a range of washi tapes to be used in presentations. The washi tape patterns work alongside the unit icons to visually introduce the different topics without distracting from the lesson content.
The brief was to create a set of icons to represent each of the 5R’s. These icons are used throughout Waste lessons as visual aids, helping children remember what each R signifies.
Sustainability Continuous Professional Development branding and templates. This project involved designing infographics, presentations and brand guidance. We worked to a short timescale, ensuring we could launch the new product resources in time to meet current market demands for Sustainability lead CPD.
The Sustainability Content Icon was designed to be used across company products to highlight and champion resources that include sustainability content.
